HOW IT ALL STARTED

 

 

Shandria Sanchez, Director  & Producer of Gospel Stage Play Soaring into Destiny For His Glory, is the true-life story of Shandria Sanchez.   She also is the Founder & Creative Arts Director of the Soaring into Destiny Dance Team.  She is a native Georgian, taking her first breath of life in Newnan. 

 

She is involved with many inspiring projects that include our youth, as well as adults.  She has established a community traveling youth and young adults dance team “Soaring into Destiny” formally known as A.W.F.G Dance Ministry (A Word from God).   Her goal in life goal is to educate, inspire, encourage, and empower through dramatization, singing and dancing that will touch the hearts of all man-kind through an inspirational story. 

She received her 1st Award on September 15, 2012, “SOARING EAGLE AWARD 2012”, in Orlando, Florida, Creative Arts Visionary of the Year, presented by World Harvest Eagle Ministries.

 

IT ALL BEGAN In the year 2013 as Shandria began preparing for her annual dance production.   She began writing down key points, “HEALED, DELIVERED, SET-FREE, AND AWAKENED”.  Quickly, Shandria realized this is a stage play, but most notably, not the typical.   It was very shocking to her knowing that she was never previously a writer or director, and knew NOTHING about stage plays, but she was determined to forge onward.  As she pondered on saying, “Lord, I can’t do this”, she heard a small voice saying, ‘TRUST ME, I AM YOUR TEACHER”.   As she searched for others to assist/write her story for her, it never worked out.   Finally, upon surrendering completely, she said, “Okay Lord and I will obey.”  She was then ready to receive her gift of ability from the Lord, and hit the ground running.
